This nonprofit organization provides a safe and loving temporary home to women, men, and children in need. The Ark gives them a place to rest their heads, spiritual upliftment, food to eat, clothes to wear, and teaches them various life skills.

Nazareth House is a charity organization that has 10 houses across South Africa providing accommodation, specialized dementia care, child care and a resting place for terminally ill and severely disabled children.

A haven and rehabilitation center for mother’s and their children that are disadvantaged or have been abused. They focus on empowering women and providing them with support and a safe shelter.

The Haven

A night shelter welfare organization that helps the homeless by providing a temporary shelter, physical care, social welfare and re-unification services to adult homeless persons in
the Western Cape.

African Tails
African tails is an organization helping to reduce the number of street dogs by providing sterilizations, treatment to sick or injured township dogs, rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming street dogs, puppies and cats. They do not have a shelter and rely on foster homes.
