Kevin Langeree, a 29-year-old from the Netherlands, defeated his competition Liam Whaley and Lewis Crathern and was crowned as the 2018 Red Bull King of the Air for the second time.
“To win it again is just a magical feeling,” Langeree said.
Second place went to Liam Whaley (ESP) and Lewis Crathern (UK) took third.
The Red Bull King of the Air kicked off on Saturday 27 January, the competition was held at Kite Beach in Blouberg with the beautiful Table Mountain as the backdrop because of its perfect weather conditions for the sport.
“The move to Kite Beach was the best thing ever,” Langeree said, “It gave us as riders the opportunity to show our moves and it was definitely a day I won’t easily forget,”
