Half Way through the F45 8-Week Challenge with Progress Pics

I can’t believe how quickly the time has flown by.  During the first 4 weeks, I have been tested emotionally, mentally and physically.  After a long 3 year battle, my Dad passed away and I can honestly say that F45 has been a lifesaver and safe place for me to just clear my mind and process.  For some, this journey might be purely about weight loss or other types of goals, in my case, it has been about refining my personal development, getting my mind into a positive space.  Here is the video check-in on Day 31 of the journey.  You can stay up to date on my journey by watching my daily videos on IGTV at the following link.

Day 31 and I managed to do 3 back to back sessions. Even though this is not the norm, it is a great indication of how much my fitness has improved over the last month.
You can see the changes to my body in the before and after 31 days photos. With pushing so hard I decided to rest on Day 32 as I have already clocked up 6 workouts for the week.

The class was called Pipeline.
PIPELINE: STABILITY & CORE FOCUS
Paddling through 14 ft shore break sets will become a fitness inevitability if you can get through the F45 pipeline program. Your balance and skill may not allow you to attack a sucky shore break set in Waimea but your stability and core will be exponentially improved through this workout.

What is F45?

31 UNIQUE & SYSTEMISED PROGRAMS
Born in Australia, F45 Training merges 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one, consummate and compelling group training experience for its members. F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of 31 different, 45 minute workout experiences, with more in development by our F45 Athletics Department. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

The variation of our workout programming keeps our members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun.
