Ruan Retief’s fitness journey is rooted in academic excellence and hands-on experience. With a BA in Human Movement Science from the University of Pretoria and certification from the prestigious International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), he combines a deep understanding of human physiology with innovative training practices. At BOUNDFIT, he prioritises not just physical results but also emotional well-being, ensuring a well-rounded approach to health.
